Even though island Ugljan is predominantly family oriented entertainment is vital part of whole experience of vacation. Traditional public festivities, exhibitions, concerts in churches, spectacles in summer scenes and hotel terraces, disco in open space are part of entertainment and fun that Ugljan has to offer. Almost every place or village on island Ugljan has some kind of festivities, concerts or events that lasts through the season.

Most famous are:

– “Tunuara-fishermen feast” or fishermen’s nights in place Kali that last for a few days in August during which they have a fish stew competition, open air concerts, exhibitions etc…

– “Our Lady of the snow” catholic procession held on 05.08. and following open air concert and race of donkeys in place Kukljica.

– “Assumption of Mary” on 15.08. in place Ugljan
