Property reviewsChad G. on Nov 11, 2019I wanted to send a quick note of thanks to DJ For taking care of a few things happening in my apartment in a short amount of time! He is always quick to respond and make sure his projects get carried out all the way through. He is good about keeping me informed about how long something will take, when he will get to it, etc. I truly appreciate his communication and follow-through!

Anonymous on Sep 1, 2023I have lived in 1600 16th street for 18 months, and enjoyed my stay so far. I worked until 7 pm daily so the overall noise is only about the traffic on 16th street. The neighborhood is lively and energic.

Property reviewsPatricia M. on Nov 27, 2024I lived here from summer of 1968 to summer of 1969. I think my efficiency apartment was #607. It was on the opposite side from the church and overlooked a big, empty lot. It was called Hetherington House then. I loved the louvered screen doors and the big, walk-in closet. Miss Daisy worked on the front desk and Chappy was the mainteneance man. My rent was $110 a month.
Anonymous on May 1, 2024A great place to live in a great location

Bobbie J. on Aug 3, 2024I have ben living here for about 3 years and moved from the West Coast, so didn't see it before I came, but had a fantastic place upon arrival and have no plans to move, lololol. The staff is wonderful - management always pushes community as there are small networking events periodically throughout the year, if you want to know your neighbors. The location could not be better - Wharf and Navy Yard within minutes as well as the location for Safeway and Waterfront Station. I am really pleased living here - security is also 24 hours - love that!!!!

Property reviewsJT on Mar 19, 2024I have lived here for almost three years now. I love the property; it is clean, and well appointed, the staff are nice and friendly, and the units are big for a studio apt. I definitely would recommend living here to a friend, I love my unit and the apartment complex. It is close to shops, the metro, and grocery stores, as well as good restaurants in Cleveland Park.
Annonymous on Dec 20, 2023I've lived at 3801 for 4 years and have loved it. Great masonry building - very quiet, with large rooms and plenty of closet space. The property is located between the Cleveland Park and Van Ness Metro stations with everything one could need within walking distance. There is a parking garage under the building and there are always spaces available for rent. Front desk and front office staff are terrific and provide great service in collecting, accounting for and urging pick-up of a HUGE number of packages. Maintenance is virtually immediate and generally effective on the first visit. I have met folks in the building who have lived here 30, 40 and even 50 years. That says a lot about this building.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Nov 5, 2024Location and apartment is awesome for where I work
Anonymous on Aug 17, 2023Great staff in the rental office and my only negative concerns are with maintenance for not always completing a request in a timely manner, sometimes they don't even show up and you have to put in a second work ticket. We also had pretty noisy neighbors unfortunately.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Sep 1, 2023Great! I really love living here and the surronding neighborhood.
Scott on Oct 3, 2023I have lived in this apartment for 21 years, and I still love this place. It has an excellent unit space size and can't beat the high rental cost compared to all other apartments around this area in the heart of Dupont Circle. Walking a block to the Red Line metro station is so convenient—no better reason to move out of this excellent apartment.
