Bare minimum units

Good location and we seem to be fairly happy there but it really is bare minimum and there are lots of pigeons and all that comes with them. Rent should be $150 dollars cheaper for what you get.

Neighbors have a lot of traffic which can cause a lot of noise. Apartments are fairly well maintained and in a good location

Used to be a decent place

Your letting people smoke in their units and it's getting into mine and I have kids. We are getting second hand smoke and it's not okay. Your manager told me this was accepted which makes your entire apartments unacceptable.
