The Ideal Apartment

My partner and I have been living here for about 2 months now and have had nothing but good experiences. Our maintenance orders were done within 24 to 48 hours and the staff has been so nice! Diana in particular has gone above and beyond for us. When our key fobs weren't working, she almost gave us the one she was personally using!! I mean, come on, that's above and beyond. We are very happy here and have nothing but good things to say.

I hope this message finds you well. Overall, my experience living here has been fantastic, and I truly appreciate the improvements made so far. However, I’d like to offer a few suggestions that could further enhance the gym and overall layout. While the new gym is an improvement over the previous one, I believe there’s still potential for further upgrades. Specifically: Restroom Layout: With the ample space available, it could be a great opportunity to incorporate an infrared sauna, providing additional relaxation options for residents. Treadmills and Stairmasters: Updating the treadmills would be beneficial, and moving the stairmasters to a location where taller residents don’t risk injury from the ceiling would enhance safety and comfort. Pickleball Court: The pickleball court could be expanded to accommodate two courts, allowing more residents to enjoy the game at the same time. Lounge Area: While the lounge area is nice, it might not be as essential and could be downsized to allow for more recreational space or additional amenities. I believe these changes would take the facility to the next level and provide a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
