These have been a great place for my husband and I (and our cat) since we moved here from out of state. Maintenance staff has been very friendly and responsive to our requests. The location is quiet, yet still near everything we've grown to love about Ann Arbor so far.

Satisfied thank you

I have never had any complaints living in these apartments since I first started living here, and it’s been for more than half a decade. The location is perfect, and the staff is always there to help. The only pet peeve of mine is that maintenance can forget things, therefore I needed to call back and remind them again.

4 yr. Review.

I've lived here 4 yrs now. The have updated the apts when someone moves out. They look very nice now but they are at least $200 more I personally don't think it's worth it. Rent has gone up $300 in the last 4 yrs., but if you do some price comparing they are in line with other complexes. If you have a dog or 2 this is a VERY dog friendly place with a nice dog park. My dog loves it here and has many dog friends.i have met many of the dog owners and we have formed a nice community and built friendships. It's a small complex, only 4 buildings in a westside neighborhood that you feel a part of not like the giant impersonable transient complexes.. I guess for me and me dog this is home

Moving in

I just moved in 2 weeks ago. The move-in process was super easy and quick. My leasing consultant Jenna was so nice and understanding. She went above and beyond to be accommodating and help me. I had a clog in the sink and maintenance was very responsive and quick to solve the problem. The building is clean and in a great neighborhood. I saw one other place when I arrived and I am sure I made the right choice!

Beautiful apartments!

I recently toured these apartments and I cannot wait to move in! The location is excellent because it's close to downtown yet just far enough away where it's quiet. I'm excited to call Charlton Apartments home very soon.
